- Missed cancellations after cutoff will be counted in the next delivery cycle.
3. Pricing & Changes

4. Milk Quality & Handling
- We ensure fresh and hygienic milk delivery from trusted sources.
- Customers are advised to store milk properly after delivery.
- Quality complaints must be reported immediately on the same day of delivery
5. Empty Bottle Policy
- Customers must return empty bottles during the next delivery cycle.
- Failure to return bottles repeatedly may affect service continuation.
6. Payments
- We accept UPI, Cash on Delivery (COD), and online payments.
- Subscription payments must be completed as per selected plan.
- Non-payment may lead to temporary suspension of service.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
- One-time orders cannot be cancelled after processing.
- Subscription cancellation must be requested before cutoff time.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed at our discretion after review.
8. Delivery Responsibility
- Delivery will be made at the provided address only.
- Incorrect address or unreachable location may delay or cancel delivery.
- Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
